Can't recommend highly enough

Location was good. Single room very small. Had to urgently check out and no one was available to help. Had to make appointment to pay bill as hotel locked up when i tried to enter, twice. A nightmare blamed on Covid for no one being on front desk.

Good hotel with good personal. Good food, very good breakfast. Not to much bad thinks.

Very bad with parking. I orderd parking space in hotel, but i dident get it. You have to park in townparking. Is it only 60m from hotel but you have to pay extra, and i was not feeling realy safe with my car. But that was only one thig to say what was wrong.

We had a delightful stay at Goldene Traube. The location was perfect, right next to the entrance gate into the Market square. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that they spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options. we highly recommend this charming hotel.

The service was good, the hotel had a good atmosphere, the people were friendly, within walking distance to the city center, market, restaurants and public transport.

The Hotel was extremely clean and very quiet and comfortable. The newly renovated Restaurant was wonderful. Staff were very helpful. The Hotel is very close to the city centre which was very convenient. The advent calendar in the room was a lovely touch which our children enjoyed.

It would have been nice to have more facilities like a gym.

Excellent value high quality hotel in centre of Coburg. Two very good restaurants (food and service wise - decor a little uninteresting). Quiet at night. Best place in Coburg. Daniel was very helpful.

Bed a bit hard.

Conveniently located, spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. This charming hotel is located close to the historic castle and other key locations. Rooms are spacious and breakfast offers a great selection.

Limited parking and lack of air conditioning. Parking facilities were limited and the absence of air conditioning made the stay somewhat uncomfortable during warmer weather.

We had here the best room of the 4 high quality hotels we stayed in on our German holiday. It was attractive and spacious, and remarkably quiet for a city-centre hotel. The staff were very friendly and ever helpful---clearly keen on their jobs. They took note and acted on our requests made when booking. The restaurant we used in the hotel (not the very expensive gourmet restaurant ) was fine with good well-prepared meals.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a balcony and a stunning view of the city's famous castle. The minibar offering free drinks was a great touch. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, with sausages and bacon accompanying the scrambled eggs. The location was ideal, right in the heart of town, and the Altstadt sights were just a short walk away. The staff was accommodating and friendly, both before and during our visit. The restaurant served excellent meals for both dinner and breakfast. The parking situation was convenient with a lot just 200m away. it was an exceptional experience for families.

Felt right at home here, no complaints whatsoever.
